Winters Communications has produced its “Education & Prevention” catalog for years. It is mailed to schools, public health agencies and departments, corporate EAP, military bases, health care institutions and systems, and counselors and therapists.
Their catalog offers booklets, videos, posters, and pamphlets. Topics include violence prevention, tobacco education, drug and alcohol education, sexuality and STDs, teen issues of peer pressure, safe health habits, and much more. They are a highly prized provider of family and school violence prevention educational materials.
Their customers are the institutions that purchase these materials for free distribution to their client base, such as students, counseling patients, in EAP programs, public information agendas, health care patients, and in public health departments.
This database was offered in another form but was later removed from the market to be updated, expanded, and refined for the use of discriminating mailers. It is now offered exclusively by Hart & Benjamin.

Base Rental Rate is $110/M. The following selects, where available, are $5/M: Geo, Gender, SIC, Employee Size, Sales Volume, Title. 3-Month Recency is available at $15/M; 6-Month Recency at $10/M. Key coding is $5/M. Media charge of $50 flat includes one of the following: E-Mail, FTP, Disk, FedEx Shipping & Handling. Pressure-sensitive labels are $15/M. Orders cancelled after shipping will be billed at $50 flat plus $15/M running charge. Minimum order is 5,000 addresses.
